Network Members Area

As a member of the Muslim Counsellor and Psychotherapist Network you can take advantage of the many benefits and opportunities offered by the Network. This includes having your private practice listed on our Counselling Directory, engaging in professional networking and support opportunities as organised by the MCAPN as well as attending MCAPN CPD events, being a mentor/mentee as part of our Mentoring Scheme and submitting material to our shared resources area.

Please see below for further details on all these benefits.

Counselling Directory

The  Counselling Directory lists a range of professional, qualified, experienced Muslim practitioners (Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists & Psychologists) who work privately and who members of the public can contact directly, if they are looking for a local/online practitioner. This includes Islamic Counselling / Muslim Counsellors both face to face and online.

All Directory members listed are qualified and trained practitioners registered with a professional body.

The Muslim Counsellor and Psychotherapist Network does not endorse or recommend any particular practitioner.

It is the responsibility of clients to check the credentials of a practitioner.

All contact made between client and practitioner is strictly private.

Any contract for counselling / therapeutic services is signed and agreed confidentially between client and practitioner.
