The Counselling Directory lists a range of professional, qualified, experienced Muslim practitioners (Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychiatrists & Psychologists) who work privately.This includes counsellors / therapists who offer an Islamic Counselling Service. The Directory lists those counsellors who are Accredited by their professional body, including BACP Accredited counsellors.

The Counselling Directory also lists Clinical Supervisors for qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists searching for supervision.

All Directory members listed are qualified and trained practitioners, registered with a professional body/association. This includes counsellors who are also BACP Accredited Counsellors.

Members of the public can contact a counsellor directly, via the telephone number or email address listed on the practitioner's profile.

The Muslim Counsellor and Psychotherapist Network does not endorse or recommend any particular practitioner.

The Directory lists practitoners A to Z (by location).

It is the responsibility of clients to check the credentials of any practitioner they wish to contact.

All contact made between client and practitioner is strictly private.

Any contract for counselling / therapeutic services is agreed and signed confidentially between client and practitioner.
