A significant part of my practice is couples and relationship counselling. I work with communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, intimacy concerns, infidelity and betrayal, rebuilding trust, family and in-law pressures, parenting difficulties

I also have specialist training in compulsive sexual behaviours and sex/pornography addiction. I support individuals experiencing 

problematic pornography use, secrecy, shame and repeated patterns of sexual behaviour, alongside partners and couples affected by betrayal and loss of trust. My addiction-related work also includes gambling, technology and substance-related difficulties.

My approach is confidential, non-judgemental and sensitive to the influence of culture, faith and family life. I have extensive experience working within diverse communities, including Muslim communities, and understand that religious and cultural values can be important considerations within therapy.

My aim is to help clients develop greater understanding of themselves and their relationships, address unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional wellbeing and make meaningful and sustainable changes.
